Piper Cherokee Six 260 C Owners Handbook Manual PA-32-260.  Piper Part No. 753 809.  Issued October 1969 for the 1970 model year.  This factory original owner's handbook is in good enough, sound, used condition.  Other than a name on the cover, there is no other writing or markings whatsoever, inside or out.  I have had the book re-stapled at a local copy center due to a free center leaf, as is so often the case with these manuals.  There is a bit of wear, soil, foxxing, and patina throughout, as you might expect of a manual of this vintage, and it appears there has been a very tiny wee bit of nibbling at the bottom of the spine.  This handbook shows that it had been folded vertically at one time, however, it still lays rather flat.  That is it.  There are no missing or torn pages.  There are 3 great foldouts.  The corners and edges remain rather sharp.  The cover remains very well attached.  No stains.  See the photos.  Printed sometime after 10/69.  Sure, this one has been around a bit, but it is sound, and it's not all marked up inside either.  This manual is in rather good condition considering this book is roughly 49 years old.  Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals.
