Beechcraft Queen Air 70 Owner's Manual. 70-590021-7 January 31,1969, per page i. Large format. You don't see these every day. Only 37 Model 70's were ever built. This could also be a small piece of aviation history. You be the judge. Minor notes, found on four pages and shown in the photos, resemble editor's notes. This one almost certainly was an editor's draft. This rather unique factory owner's manual is in good enough condition. The front cover is lightly worn and soiled, but unabused, with a couple paperclip impressions at the top. There is no rear cover, and there does not appear to be a typical title page or "Thank You" page present.
Instead, an atypical "List of Effective Pages" is found at the front of the book in lieu of the usual "Thank You" page.
Otherwise, there are no missing or torn pages. There is an excellent foldout towards the back. The corners are rather sharp and the book lays flat. The plastic binding is in decent shape with no broken tabs. There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage. That is it. See the photos. This one might be very special. You be the judge. It is, of course, still crammed with useful information and a handy reference to have on hand. And aside from missing its rear cover, this one is in really rather decent shape for being over 49 years old. Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals.
