The front and back covers have been replaced with bank protective sheets, The cover page is copy of the original that had a large piece torn out at the right side. There also is a faint reproduction of a former pilot's name at the top. The Table of Contents page is worn around the edges and has a piece missing at the bottom right corner. There also is a Museum stamp and a red letter note at the bottom right side of the cover page. Page 227 of the Alphabetical Index is missing. Page 226 is worn around the edges. Condition is good usable.
