of Elmira, New York.
Not polished, original surface and patina!
Condition is Nice and solid, there is a bend in the ring on the cap
which I'm sure could be easily straightened without to much fuss.
Height is 23 /2" and base diameter is 7 1/8",
Weight is around 12 lbs.
