Fire Extinguisher Elkhart Brass Mfg. Co. Metal.
I am not sure of the metal, it is silver and a magnet is not attracted to it.
23  1/2" tall. 7  1/8" Diameter.
Very nice condition, typical scuffs and scrapes for pre-owned vintage item.
Many scratches on the top where it looks like used an abrasive to clean .
Some paint or foam splatters on it.
Screw top has some black build up on it.
