Condition: It is in a 3 ring heavy duty Skydrol binder that is stained, has spots on the front and back covers and the spine.. there also is some wear where the front cover joins the spine. The first page, the Index, is worn around the edges and has stains and what appears to be oil spots on the front and reverse side.. There are some sentences underlined in red and blue. Some of the divider tabs are stained as well. Condition is good usable..
