The Seller informs that pursuant to Legislative Decree 24.06.2003, n. 209, and subsequent modifications and / or additions, the spare parts pertaining to vehicle safety
they can only be transferred to members of companies performing self-repairing activities which,
pursuant to art.1, paragraph 3, of the Law 05.02.1992, n. 122, are distinguished in the activities of:
a) mechanics and engines; b) bodywork; c) auto electrician; d) tire dealer.
We report the spare parts as listed in Annex III of Decree no. 209 of 24.06.2003, referred to in art. 15, paragraph 7:
Brake system:
brake booster; brake pump / cylinder; disks / drums; complete gripper; brake disc; flexible / rigid pipes; full pedal; handbrake cave; handbrake lever.
Steering:
articulated upper and lower shaft; rack / wheel side linkage; power steering pipes; power steering organs.
Front / rear suspension:
uprights / hubs / spindles with relative bearings; swinging arms; ball pins; struts / stabilizer bars / longitudinal rods; crossbars and frames; dampers. Transmission: axle shafts.
Various:
fuel system pipes; external fuel pump; restraint systems for passive safety (belts, pretensioners, air bags).
The Seller therefore reserves the right not to process orders that have spare parts belonging to the categories listed above or if, at its sole discretion, believes they can be part of them.
You can order these spare parts by providing the contact details of the repairer who will physically install the spare parts.
