I am unsure of the history behind this item, I believe it’s empty, because the total weight is 3 Lbs. 7oz. This is Being sold as a collectible wall hanger item only. Good preowned antique vintage condition, few dings, dents, scratches, tarnishing, dust, etc. The wall bracket has paint on it from previous owner. Sold AS-IS
Measures approx. 12.5” tall x 3" extinguisher diameter, and is 3.5” deep with the bracket.
