Miller High Life Beer Sign.  As shown ~ In working condition..
I've opened up light you can see inside... pretty clean
The movement inside is a little rough around the edges & gets a stuck/stops now and then.. WD40? might work I don't know
Maybe with a little TLC & the right touch it will work fine... ? I don't know
However I am not an electrical genius so I will leave this up to the new owner
