Vintage Empty Red Star Model 303 Hand Held Copper Brass Fire Extinguisher

Description

This vintage RED STAR fire extinguisher is in great shape for its age. It was recovered from the estate sale of a collector where it had been stored in a cool dry environment away from moisture. The body is in great shape for its age as shown above. It has a nice patina and some cool wear marks it gained in the years before it’s retirement. The brass plate is in good shape, it’s paint is mostly intact while the metal has developed a patina as well. The lid comes off with ease revealing the intact O-ring. The original hose is still attached with its spray nozzle as well.
