VINTAGE GALVENIZED STEEL HAND PUMP FIRE EXTINGUISHER 25" HEIGHT.
Dimensions: 25" Tall x 11"Diameter
This looks to be in excellent vintage or even antique condition in my opinion. The hose is dry rotted and unusable for anything outside of decor I'd say.  It appears to have at one time had a company brand on it in orange but has since been worn off so as for the maker of this I am not certain. It is galvanized steel and has a stabilizer foot that is Hinged to be used or not. Everything other than the hose looks to be in good shape upon visual inspection of this item.
