This item is NEW in the Original Retail Packaging.
However, the packaging is
DAMAGED
. For example, there is water damage to the packaging, and there has been a hole punched through two of the faces of the box near each "peek window", as is pictured. When you look through this punched out area, you can see that the
Fire Extinguisher's Gauge on the inside is still in the Green area, as can be seen in the final photo provided here.
However, due to the age of this item, it is being sold
AS IS
with no sorts of guarantees despite the gauge reading.
